Radar Media in Thames Centre, Ontario.

It is the traditional territory of the Anishnabek, Haudenosaunee, (Lenni) Lenape and the Attawondaron people. Many once used this land as traditional beaver hunting grounds.

The First Nations communities closest to this studio are: Chippewa of the Thames First Nation, Oneida Nation of the Thames, Munsee-Delaware First Nation and the Chippewas of Kettle and Stoney Point. Two of these have on going boil water advisories.

We will speak to many people across Turtle Island and as a settler, and the leader of Radar Media, I am committed to deepening understanding of colonialism, the TRC’s Calls to Action and to reframing responsibilities to land and community. ~ Shauna Rae (Founder/CEO)
